Southclay and The Annex are only a mile away from the South West Coast Path (SWCP) at Greencliff but the bus stops directly outside these properties making them perfect for a walking holiday as you can walk further afield and get the bus home.

Owners, Jacquie and Steve have walked many sections of the path and can recommend some delightful walks either on the Coast Path or around other parts of North Devon, North Cornwall, Exmoor or Dartmoor. Being not far from the main Atlantic Highway (A39) this is a perfect base for exploring all along the North Devon and North Cornall coast.

    The Annexe is a five-star cottage that sleeps up to eight people, with two en-suite bedrooms and exclusive use of a hot tub, swimming pool and table tennis table. It also has shared use of a tennis court with the owners (though they rarely use it!). Part of a charming 17th-century Devon longhouse, The Annexe boasts thick stone walls, a slate roof and a rose growing over the doorway. The property is located at the edge of a friendly village, overlooking the beautiful North Devon coastline, and is the perfect holiday location for families, friends and couples alike.
