These two five star properties near the North Devon coast are perfect for a festive treat and both Southclay (sleeps 10) and The Annex (sleeps 4-6) are now available for either a short break or the full week for Christmas or New Year 2019. Well equipped. warm and luxurious, both properties have private hot tubs and wood-burners to snuggle arround, these properties work really well for a celebration and look even better than usual when lit up and sparkly, decorated for the festive season!
Southclay sleeps 10 (+2) in 5 bedrooms and has heaps of space, accommodating everyone around a table for a special meal or around the fire for a cosy get-together but also has lots of room to spread out and not feel on top of each other. This property works really well for an extended family, for two families to get together or for a big gang of friends to celebrate in style.
The Annex, next door, is a completely independant unit and sleeps 4-6 in 2 bedroms but can also be used to extend the numbers in Southclay making the total number of guests accommodated in both properties a maximum of 16. The Annex is a delightful stone cottage and perfect for a family or for friends looking for a more traditional property for their festive break

The Annexe is a five-star cottage that sleeps up to eight people, with two en-suite bedrooms and exclusive use of a hot tub, swimming pool and table tennis table. It also has shared use of a tennis court with the owners (though they rarely use it!). Part of a charming 17th-century Devon longhouse, The Annexe boasts thick stone walls, a slate roof and a rose growing over the doorway. The property is located at the edge of a friendly village, overlooking the beautiful North Devon coastline, and is the perfect holiday location for families, friends and couples alike.
